How It Works
We mobilize and partner with influential organizations in a region to integrate the “Everyone a Changemaker” framework into the organizations’ mindset, systems, and culture. We do this through a Changemaker Journey, where co-leaders in the region meet 5 times over a 9-month period to co-create innovative ideas that:
Enable individuals to embody and practice being a changemaker/a new way of being
Prototype organizational systems and cultures that nurture and support empathy and changemaking
Create cultures of empathy, collaboration, and systemic innovation between organizations
